Byers Peak East Bowl

The East Bowl of Byers Peak, also known as the Summit Line, is a very steep East to Southeast facing bowl and rocky chutes, threatened near the top by rocks and cliffs and cornice formation. The pitch from the top is in the mid 40s. To access the bowl you'll be climbing the North Ridge, passing Byers Peak North Bowl on your way. The East Bowl is often exited by climbing the ridge to the North and skiing the lower section of Byer's Peak North Bowl.
