Green Mountain Northeast Face

The Northeast face of Green Mountain, which is on the Aspen side of Independence Pass, is basically a set of giant Northeast facing avalanche paths that run all the way down to the highway. This is very dangerous terrain to be skiing especially when there may be people below you.
