Carbonate Hill

Carbonate Hill's wide open slopes are often skied by people staying in the 10th Mountain Division Friend's Hut. This terrain is a moderate pitch, but steep enough to slide and should be avoided during times when there is avalanche danger. To the East is an open bowl that is also a funnel-shaped terrain trap. To the West is a wide slope with some rock faces to avoid.
